Responsabilidades:
- Colaborar con los gerentes de contratación para comprender las necesidades de reclutamiento y desarrollar estrategias de búsqueda efectivas.
- Trabajar junto a líderes para crear redes de talento y estrategias de retorno de inversión.
- Establecer relaciones con diferentes equipos para ejecutar estrategias de talento.
- Dirigir procesos de reclutamiento de ciclo completo.
- Utilizar técnicas innovadoras de reclutamiento para atraer a profesionales calificados.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de regulaciones y directrices de la empresa.
- Mejorar la reputación de FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies como un empleador preferido.
- Implementar una Propuesta de Valor del Empleado (EVP) global y mantener el conocimiento de las tendencias de la industria.
- Impulsar la diversidad y la inclusión a lo largo del proceso de reclutamiento.
- Adoptar un enfoque basado en datos para el reclutamiento y proporcionar métricas para los tableros ejecutivos.
Requisitos:
- Título universitario en Recursos Humanos o campo relacionado.
- Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en Adquisición de Talento, con 5 años en Búsqueda Ejecutiva Global.
- Fuertes habilidades en gestión de proyectos y negociación.
- Dominio de aplicaciones de Microsoft.
- Capacidad para inspirar y trabajar con equipos globales.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
- Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional e internacional.
