Position Overview:

We are seeking a part-time Bilingual Teller (Spanish/English) to join our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. In this role, you will be integral to the community, providing essential financial services to local residents and businesses. Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate customer interactions by processing transactions, promoting digital solutions, and connecting clients with banking specialists.
  • Conduct operational tasks while adhering to established policies to minimize risks.
  • Efficiently perform routine banking and customer support tasks, utilizing knowledge of bank products and procedures.
  • Receive guidance from management and apply judgment within defined operational frameworks.
  • Escalate inquiries and issues to senior team members as necessary.
  • Engage with customers to foster relationships and fulfill their transaction requests.
  • Assess customer needs to provide relevant financial services and information.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in customer interaction, or equivalent through work, training, military service, or education.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong listening and speaking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in handling complex transactions.
  • Ability to educate customers on technology and mobile banking options.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.
  • Experience in teamwork to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Cash handling experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to identify potential fraud and take appropriate preventive measures.
Job Expectations:
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
  • This position does not offer Visa sponsorship.
  • Must successfully complete a required language assessment.
