We are seeking a seasoned Manager to join our Advisory Services practice, where you will have the opportunity to drive process improvement and transformation projects that span all aspects of operations within a Workforce Management system, specifically with UKG.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-impact projects that drive quality, operational, and financial improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Conduct business requirements gathering, document review, data-driven insights, and process mapping
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, teams, and clients
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years of consulting experience in clinical or operational improvement, systems integration, or equivalent industry experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare industry and functional leading practices
  • Progressive experience with working on teams, managing projects, and leading meetings
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
