We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Advisory Services practice as a Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Workforce Management systems, specifically UKG, to drive process improvement and transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead process improvement and transformation projects across various aspects of operations within a Workforce Management system, utilizing market-leading technology-enabled solutions and advanced analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work products, including written briefings, status reports, and issues risks logs.
  • Conduct business requirements gathering, document review, data-driven insights, and process mapping to support project deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, project teams, and representatives from various functional teams, escalating matters that require additional analysis.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years of consulting experience focused on clinical or operational improvement, systems integration, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare industry and functional leading practices, with the ability to relate these to specific client challenges.
  • Progressive experience working on teams, with some exposure to managing projects, leading meetings, drafting status reports, tracing issues, monitoring resources, and workflow analysis and design.
  • Experience with handling, analyzing, and evaluating large data sets, as well as proficiency with foundational consulting skills such as analytical, written, and verbal communications.
