Workforce Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Workforce Compliance & Human Resource to join our team. This individual will work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to optimize strategic solutions to increase a diverse workforce of People of Color, Women, Veterans, and local residents on active construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage IOB active workforce compliance portfolio, overseeing all project performance, establishing action plans, and providing guidance to IOB compliance managers on active projects.
- Analyze project data and compliance reports, interpreting findings and identifying gaps to establish solutions to mitigate risk and maintain project compliance.
- Manage communication with clients, project managers, sub-contractors, trade unions, and stakeholders.
- Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports for clients and government agencies, as needed.
- Coordinate and facilitate project compliance meetings with external stakeholders, utilizing internal systems to track all correspondence and correlating documents.
- Oversee the management of subcontractors' weekly submission of certified payroll reports, assessing data and identifying deficiencies by project, by trade, and by client, executing on actionable steps to resolve.
- Execute regulatory requirements as defined by municipalities and awarding authorities.
- Manage HR-related functions, such as new hire administration and onboarding process, coordination of communication and employment correspondence, and establishing processes and new practices to align with internal SOP.
- Support OPs with educational training for new hires and employees, including compliance and construction management.
- Point person for third-party employment vendors and facilitator of all POE's (Professional employment organization paperwork).
- Lead efforts to support and drive a positive working environment and inclusive company culture.
