We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Housekeeper to join our team at RKW Residential. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties, providing exceptional service to our residents, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Perform regular custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and removing trash, to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our properties.
  • Property Appearance: Ensure that all common areas, including community offices, model apartments, and amenity spaces, meet or exceed RKW standards at all times.
  • Equipment and Supplies: Maintain a clean and well-stocked storage area, and report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the Building Maintenance Department.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Effectively communicate with residents, guests, and staff, and work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and one year of related experience and/or training.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including browsing through SharePoint.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment with frequent walking, standing, and climbing.
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and outside weather conditions. The noise level is usually loud, and this is a drug-free workplace.
