Housekeeper Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at The Cypress of Charlotte. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residents' homes, ensuring a comfortable and inviting living environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning services to residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
  • Conduct scheduled annual deep cleans to ensure homes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Clean and polish all surfaces, including floors, walls, windows, and furniture.
  • Empty and wash wastebaskets, and restock supplies as needed.
  • Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend written and oral instructions in English.
  • Must be able to frequently stand, stoop, bend, and squat throughout a shift.
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds without assistance and push/pull a cart.
  • Must be age 16 or older.
