Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Groundskeeper/Housekeeper- Greenside to join our team at Rivergate KW Residential. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, including grounds, amenities, and interior and exterior spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily upkeep of grounds, amenities, and interior and exterior spaces, including cleaning and removing trash.
  • Responsible for maintaining the required property uniform and ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
  • Assist with the inspection, repair, and installation of sprinkler systems.
  • Operate tools and equipment according to prescribed safety procedures.
  • Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or five to nine months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
