Job Summary

As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead and manage a team of field representatives in promoting BD's innovative medical devices to customers throughout a defined territory. Your primary objective is to achieve assigned annual sales goals by developing strong relationships with key decision makers, providing market insights, and identifying customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Proven leadership and sales skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet sales targets
