Key Responsibilities

As a BDC Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the internet and business development processes, engaging all leads to set appointments, developing and maintaining the new hire and interview processes for all BDC reps/appointment coordinators, attracting potential clients and retaining current clientele by answering product and service questions received via phone and/or internet, contributing to high scores for the manufacturer's customer satisfaction index (CSI), striving for continual improvement in the BDC and the company as a whole, and holding yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conducting yourself with honesty and integrity.

Requirements
  • Digital marketing experience is required.
  • Previous dealership experience is a huge plus.
  • Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong email and phone presence is necessary.
  • Exceptional leadership skills.
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check to employment.
