We are seeking a highly skilled BDC Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team at Classic Ford. This role will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts of our business development center, working closely with upper management and the sales team to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure they meet their sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, with experience in social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
