FINANCE TEAM - FINANCIAL OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

The CCK Finance team oversees the firm's financial management, encompassing general accounting, reporting, and strategic financial oversight. The Financial Operations Assistant role entails essential accounting duties, including daily record-keeping and reporting. Adaptability is crucial for thriving in the dynamic environment of the Financial Operations Assistant position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cash Management: Processing electronic payments and reviewing daily cash receipts.
  • Accounts Receivable: Engaging with clients to resolve billing issues and payments, reviewing aging reports, and making collection calls.
  • Accounts Payable: Conducting initial reviews of supporting documentation, entering invoices and expenses, and verifying credit card transactions.
  • Administrative Support: Managing internal contact report requests, cross-training on various departmental roles, and assisting with special projects as required.

Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field.

Required Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash collections.

Location: Flexible in-office arrangement.
