Client Engagement Manager

Your Responsibilities at JUVLY AESTHETICS:

As a Client Engagement Manager, you will spearhead a virtual concierge service within the spas. You will motivate your team through the principles and values of Juvly to ensure our organizational vision and goals are fulfilled.

Additionally, you will:

  • Guide the creation and training of the virtual client support team to achieve exceptional service standards and operational efficiencies.
  • Manage client onboarding, phone communications, and lead management.
  • Support and evaluate the client experience team's capability to convert leads into scheduled appointments.
  • Develop strategies to enhance business growth by utilizing guest loyalty programs, events, service and product expertise, and more.
  • Foster a coaching environment where all team members are acknowledged for their achievements and receive constructive feedback for development.
  • Leverage data to track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations and implement recruitment and retention strategies within the virtual team to uphold operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in retail, sales, or spa environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and enhancing operational processes with a virtual customer support team.
  • Ability to inspire, develop, and motivate a team to reach their full potential.
  • Proven passion for delivering outstanding client service and experiential retail/service.
  • Comfortable providing virtual education to clients about products and services.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM tools and business software.
