Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Ameriprise Financial. In this role, you will provide critical support to our Field Vice Presidents, ensuring the success of our territory initiatives and project activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Field Vice Presidents to coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events, developing effective communications and strategies to drive business growth.
  • Provide day-to-day coordination and support for territory initiatives, ensuring key tasks and deadlines are met, and relationships with advisors and staff are maintained.
  • Act as a relationship manager for select advisors and staff, connecting them with corporate resources and programming, and facilitating their growth and development.
  • Coordinate territory events, including Town Halls, Workshops, Focus Groups, and Forums, negotiating venue contracts, scheduling speakers, and managing vendors and participants.
  • Lead the creation and distribution of Field Vice President monthly newsletters, report generation, and email correspondence management.
  • Manage the coordination of various Advisor Engagement Programs, utilizing systems and tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and CVENT.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent and 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to process multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient with standard business hardware and software, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to grow positive relationships with advisors, staff, field leadership team, and colleagues at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently and handle/maintain private and confidential information in an appropriate manner.
