Job Description

The Client Relationship Banker is a key role at Choice Bank, responsible for building customer advocacy through trusted financial guidance. This involves opening and servicing business deposit relationships, as well as providing non-complex Cash Management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage business and ag deposit products
  • Provide non-complex Cash Management services
  • Handle consumer loan and deposit products
  • Perform client transactions and services
  • Respond promptly to customer concerns and escalate as needed
  • Engage in proactive conversations to identify financial needs
  • Accurately open and maintain accounts
  • Act as a liaison with sales teams to support business and ag customers
  • Recognize opportunities to refer clients for additional services
  • Act as an escalation point for Client Services team
  • Manage location reports and goals
  • Maintain expertise in products and services
  • Collect required information and documents for products and services
Systems and Regulatory Requirements
  • Ensure customer data is up to date and accurate in applicable systems
  • Manage and monitor ongoing reports
  • Research, develop, and implement efficient processes, procedures, and workflows
  • Open new accounts and submit applications
  • Cash Management: Onboard new customers, maintain existing customers
Regulatory Requirements
  • Apply expert knowledge of policies and procedures to minimize risk, including S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations
  • Stay up to date on applicable regulatory and compliance requirements that impact products and services offered
  • Source of knowledge on consumer regulations for Client Services team members
  • Complete all internal and external training in a timely manner
  • Responsible for meeting regulatory requirements and loss management
Relationships
  • Support and provide Premier Experience, Service Recoveries, and Rise Ups
  • Build and manage relationships with external and internal customers
  • Overall Organization Engagement, including Coaching, Team Engagement, Volunteering, and Living our #PeopleFirst Culture
  • Embracing and advocate processes, procedures, systems
