FUNCIONES ESENCIALES:
Investigar cualquier pago que esté en espera o que requiera información adicional de remesas para ser reconocido en el mismo período contable. Verificar los pagos parciales para garantizar la precisión en el registro. Procesar y registrar de manera precisa y oportuna los recibos de efectivo/pagos de clientes para las oficinas asignadas. Registrar pagos por transferencia bancaria/ACH. Procesar depósitos diarios a través del sistema bancario electrónico. Gestionar pagos con tarjeta de crédito. Investigar pagos considerados no identificados y registrados como no asignados para ser reconocidos en el mismo período contable. Brindar asistencia a abogados, personal y clientes en asuntos relacionados con cuentas por cobrar según lo indique la dirección. Mantener registros escaneando los pagos de los clientes para el archivo de la firma. Investigar recibos de efectivo, codificación y registro de recibos y resolver discrepancias. Revisar informes relacionados con cuentas por cobrar para asegurar el cumplimiento. Resolver problemas de sobrepagos de clientes. Procesar reembolsos a clientes de manera oportuna y precisa. Realizar proyectos asignados por la dirección. Preparar y registrar cancelaciones y ajustes. Preparar formularios de inscripción. Colaborar con otros departamentos financieros para resolver discrepancias, preparar auditorías y asegurar que los registros de los clientes sean correctos.FUNCIONES ADICIONALES:

CALIFICACIONES (EXPERIENCIA, CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y CAPACIDADES):
Experiencia mínima de dos (2) años en un rol de cuentas por cobrar. Se prefiere experiencia en un bufete de abogados u otra organización de servicios profesionales. Se requiere diploma de secundaria o equivalente. Se prefiere experiencia con 3E, pero no es obligatoria. Buenas habilidades matemáticas y contables. Normas profesionales de confidencialidad, tacto, discreción, actitud positiva y apariencia. Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en un entorno de equipo. Fuerte atención al detalle; un alto nivel de precisión es imprescindible. Excelentes habilidades organizativas y capacidad para priorizar y realizar múltiples tareas en un entorno de trabajo de alto volumen. Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación oral y escrita. Comunicación profesional y cortés con clientes, abogados, asistentes legales y personal es fundamental. Fuerte orientación al servicio al cliente. Experiencia demostrada en el uso de Microsoft Office Suite, incluyendo Outlook, Word y Excel.AMBIENTE DE TRABAJO Y DEMANDAS FÍSICAS:

Trabajo de Mediana Intensidad: Exigencia de fuerza física para levantar, cargar, empujar, tirar o mover objetos de 20 a 50 libras con frecuencia, y/o más de un peso despreciable hasta 10 libras.
AGUDEZA VISUAL
Se requiere que el trabajador tenga una agudeza visual cercana para realizar actividades como: preparar y analizar datos y cifras; transcribir; ver un terminal de computadora; lectura extensa.
