We are seeking a skilled Senior Accounts Receivable Operations Specialist to join our team in this exciting role. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing transactional AR data, identifying trends, and recommending solutions to ensure collection efficiency. You will also investigate data issues, collaborate with business partners, and work cross-functionally to resolve systemic AR issues related to e-invoicing.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency, percent past due, and DSO
  • Work closely with the AR team to identify root causes of e-invoicing issues and develop solutions
  • Collaborate with external and internal business partners to drive improved results
  • Provide expert-level knowledge and support to the AR team on EDI and customer portal related issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Accounts Receivable operations


What You'll Need:




  • 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable operations, with a focus on e-invoicing and EDI
  • Proven track record of improving collection efficiency and reducing DSO
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
