Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to residents and guests, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Monitor the lobby and handle incoming calls, requests, and package deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, property management, and residents/guests to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring efficient delivery to residents.
  • Facilitate contractor arrivals/departures and realtor/potential home buyer/renter visits, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Advise and remind residents and guests of property rules and regulations, ensuring compliance and a safe environment.
  • Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Present a professional image by wearing the provided uniform and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
