Front Desk Associate

As a Front Desk Associate with PM Hotel Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your primary role will be to manage the front desk operations, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, working to resolve the issue to the guest's satisfaction.
- Work closely with the hotel staff to ensure that all guest needs are met and that the hotel is running smoothly.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
