Role Overview:
The Member Engagement Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency and ensuring member satisfaction. This position involves managing all forms of communication, both inbound and outbound, while delivering a comprehensive range of services and knowledgeable responses to our members and prospective members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remain accessible for incoming communications.
- Adhere to established protocols to safeguard our members' information.
- Utilize communication tracking software and maintain accurate member documentation and follow-up.
- Build and nurture relationships with both internal and external members, striving to deliver exceptional service.
- Meet the Credit Union's standards for referring new memberships, checking accounts, and loans.
- Demonstrate knowledge of our products and services, providing tailored recommendations to meet members' financial needs.
