Business Continuity Coordinator

First Source FCU is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Continuity Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business continuity plans to ensure the organization's ability to respond to and recover from disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain business continuity plans and procedures
- Conduct regular business impact analyses and risk assessments
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business continuity or a related field
- Certification in business continuity (desired)
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
