Job Description

The Business Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders and driving operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing purchase orders through Ariba system and tracking invoices.
  • Managing set-up and logistics for large or off-site meetings.
  • Identifying, evaluating, and partnering with cost-effective vendors in execution of activities.
  • Educating others on quality of own work impacting the department, managing own time, professional development, prioritizing workflow.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 6+ years' experience in administrative support.
  • Demonstrated planning and organizing skills.
