Schedule: Monday through Friday – 9am to 4:30pm

Compensation: $25 to $35 per hour based on experience

A company founded and led by designers, dedicated to the dynamic blend of digital and physical brand experiences, is seeking a Graphic Designer to enhance their creative team.

Position Summary: The organization’s projects are a fusion of well-informed creative methodologies paired with advanced digital production technologies and specialized value-added services. The primary focus is on the creation and execution of innovative specialty packaging and display solutions. As a Graphic Designer, your role will involve crafting custom display pieces tailored to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce a variety of materials for both digital and print mediums.
  • Choose appropriate colors, fonts, images, and layouts for projects.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and optimizations throughout the design process.
  • Demonstrate expertise in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Illustrator.
  • Oversee multiple projects while adhering to design specifications and budget constraints.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on designs to identify errors.
  • Incorporate feedback and adjustments as needed.
  • Create visual representations that effectively communicate the intended message for each project.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in the creative industry.
  • Understanding of design principles, typography, print, web, digital, and pre-press processes.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, with a strong command of Illustrator.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • At least two years of experience in graphic design.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Experience with both print and digital formats.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Robust analytical skills.
