At CorePower Yoga, we believe in the transformative power of yoga and the impact it can have on individuals and communities. We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Consultant to enhance our membership sales and foster relationships within our vibrant community.

Role Overview

The Regional Sales Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving yoga product and membership sales across multiple locations. This position requires a passionate individual who thrives on building connections and delivering exceptional experiences to our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with new and existing members to promote the CorePower Yoga experience.
  • Generate leads through classes, events, and studio inquiries.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to convert inquiries into memberships.
  • Support marketing initiatives and community engagement activities.
  • Enhance brand visibility through local partnerships and events.
  • Ensure a high level of hospitality for all members, recognizing VIPs and top students.
  • Manage marketing materials and ensure they are current and accessible.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership regarding sales performance and member feedback.
  • Drive financial goals related to membership growth.
  • Oversee the overall member experience in the studio environment.
  • Utilize and train staff on the POS system for effective sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outgoing personality with a positive and optimistic attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Passion for community building and relationship development.
