Position Title: Territory Sales Director

The Territory Sales Director (TSD) is a pivotal role focused on driving sales and fostering business growth within a designated region. This role is fully remote and reports directly to the Regional Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote DealerOn's premier product and service offerings to automotive dealerships nationwide.
  • Engage in proactive outreach (cold calling), present our solutions, assess and align with client needs, demonstrate features, and finalize sales.
  • Guide dealers through the purchasing process to meet sales targets and establish new client relationships.
  • Adhere to daily prospecting and activity benchmarks, maintaining a robust pipeline of late-stage deals. Regularly input activity data into DealerOn's CRM (Salesforce).
    • Document all prospecting calls, dealer demonstrations, and sales activities.
    • Maintain accurate dealer contact information.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality sales that are easily implemented and supported to achieve revenue objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in a role focused on hunting and cold calling for digital marketing platforms, services, or SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to connect with dealership clients and comprehend their purchasing motivations.
  • Skilled in delivering impactful presentations tailored to the value drivers of dealers.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in communication (both verbal and written), follow-through, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Zoom, Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, DocuSign, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with website management, digital advertising/SEM, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing new business deals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive B2B sales.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing advertising and software sales.
  • Knowledge of dealership operations and relevant tools (CRM, desking, DMS, inventory management, service, and parts management).
  • Understanding of dealer marketing tools and service providers.
  • Proven success in selling and servicing clients.
  • Adept at prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment and managing unexpected challenges.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $50,900 - $94,800, reflecting your potential earnings with DealerOn throughout your tenure in this role. Adjustments to the salary range may occur based on various job-related factors permitted by law, including experience, training, geographic location, and market conditions.
