- A Proven Sales Closer
- Adept at initiating sales dialogues with both cold and warm leads, including thorough research and outreach to potential clients
- An Exceptional Presenter, particularly in virtual settings - skilled in showcasing SaaS products and features through platforms like Zoom, seamlessly transitioning between live demos and presentations
- Solution-Oriented - actively listens to client needs, identifies pain points, validates requirements, and adeptly navigates discussions to secure agreements
- Experienced in successfully closing deals in the software solutions sector through live, virtual presentations, with a solid understanding of managed SEO services, digital advertising, and website design to effectively address client needs.
This role is an individual contributor position. The RSE will oversee sales and business development initiatives within a designated territory, focusing on enhancing product adoption and revenue across various sectors, including Home Services and Health & Wellness. Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging in over 6 hours of daily prospecting through cold calls and follow-ups
- Conducting independent market research
- Performing client needs assessments
- Delivering top-notch product demonstrations utilizing solution-based selling techniques
- Negotiating contracts and agreements
This role demands a high-energy, self-motivated individual with a proven track record in selling SaaS and digital marketing solutions. Candidates should be tech-savvy, proficient in Salesforce CRM and Zoom, and ready to embrace the challenges of cultivating new business while enjoying a competitive compensation package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, develop, and expand assigned markets and territories
- Lead business development efforts and implement go-to-market strategies to boost sales revenue and market presence
- Facilitate client purchasing decisions to meet sales targets and foster new customer relationships
- Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and needs, supporting effective resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding, retention, and growth
- Provide insights and feedback to product and operational teams regarding new product ideas or enhancements to existing offerings
- Maintain a robust pipeline of active deals within the Lead Science CRM (Salesforce)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling digital marketing or SaaS solutions
- Experience in marketing and advertising service sales
- Background in business consulting, analysis, and reporting
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital media strategies
- Ability to work independently from a remote location
- Capability to deliver impactful presentations tailored to client needs
- Strong attention to detail in communication and follow-through
Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000, with potential on-target earnings of $180,000.
