Regional Sales Executive

Position Summary:
Lead Science, a subsidiary of DealerOn, is on the lookout for a skilled, solutions-oriented Regional Sales Executive (RSE) to promote our digital marketing services, particularly our website solutions, managed SEO offerings, and online advertising. The successful candidate will take the initiative to become the go-to expert on our website solutions and product suite.
The ideal applicant may currently hold a position in Sales, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Inside Sales, or Product Demonstration. We seek individuals who possess the following attributes:
- A Proven Sales Closer
- Adept at initiating sales discussions with both cold and warm leads, which includes identifying, researching, and reaching out to potential clients
- An Exceptional Presenter, particularly in virtual settings - showcasing SaaS products and features through platforms like Zoom, transitioning seamlessly between various URLs and PowerPoint presentations
- Solution-Oriented - actively listens to clients, identifies pain points, validates needs, conducts trial closes, confirms solutions, and adapts strategies to finalize sales
- Experienced in successfully closing deals in the software solutions sector through live, virtual presentations for products such as CRM systems, marketing software, websites, or similar, with a solid understanding of managed SEO services, digital advertising, and website design to effectively address client needs.
This role is designed for an individual contributor. The RSE will oversee sales and business development efforts within a designated US territory, focusing on enhancing product adoption and revenue across the Home Service, Health & Wellness, and other relevant sectors. Responsibilities include:
- 6+ hours daily dedicated to prospecting through cold calls and following up on leads
- Conducting independent market research
- Performing client needs assessments
- Delivering exemplary product demonstrations utilizing solutions-based selling techniques
- Negotiating contracts and agreements
This role demands a high-energy, self-motivated individual with a proven track record in selling SaaS (websites) and digital marketing solutions. Ideal candidates should be tech-savvy, proficient in Salesforce CRM and Zoom, and prepared for the daily challenges of developing new business while enjoying a competitive compensation package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, develop, and expand assigned markets and territories
- Lead business development initiatives and implement go-to-market strategies with potential clients to boost Lead Science sales revenue and market share
- Facilitate client purchasing decisions to meet sales targets and foster new customer relationships
- Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and needs, supporting quick resolutions
- Collaborate with various operational teams to ensure successful client onboarding, retention, and growth
- Provide market insights and feedback to product and operational teams regarding new product ideas or enhancements to existing offerings
- Maintain a robust pipeline of active, late-stage deals in the Lead Science CRM (Salesforce)
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in selling digital marketing or SaaS (website) solutions
- Experience in marketing and advertising services sales
- Background in business consulting, analysis, and reporting
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital media strategies
- Ability to work independently from a remote or home office
- Capability to deliver impactful presentations tailored to prospective clients' needs
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in communication (both written and verbal), follow-through, and meeting deadlines
Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000, with on-target earnings of $180,000. The maximum range represents your earning potential with Lead Science throughout your tenure in this role.
