Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold-calling, and email campaigns.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, providing product support and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the regional sales team and library engagement team to ensure seamless customer interactions and effective territory management.
