Job Title: Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at SAGE Publishing. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our digital content solutions to higher education institutions across a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue and market share in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with faculty members, department chairs, and other key decision-makers at higher education institutions.
  • Conduct sales calls, demonstrations, and presentations to showcase the value of our digital content solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2-4 years of sales experience in the education or publishing industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and initiative.
