Regional Sales Manager

As a key sales leader at Frontier Communications, you will be responsible for developing and supporting sales talent within a designated region. Your focus will be on acquiring new Residential customers and driving revenue growth.
The Regional Sales Manager is integral to the success of Frontier Communications. This role involves developing and supporting sales talent within a designated region, with a focus on acquiring new Residential customers and driving revenue growth.
Success in this position requires expertise in cold calling, territory management, and the ability to inspire and lead a sales team. You will be responsible for recruiting and leading a team of internal and contract sales professionals, assigning territory to sales professionals while managing KPIs and sales activity within the assigned territory.
We are looking for a driven sales leader with a knack for building high-performing teams. You should have several years of experience in frontline sales and be able to pivot quickly between hands-on sales coaching and executive KPI reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and lead a team of internal and contract sales professionals
- Assign territory to sales professionals while managing KPIs and sales activity within the assigned territory
- Develop and support sales talent within a designated region
