Job Title: Jr Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Jr Sales Representative to join our team at Q&B Foods, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bilingual Sales Support: Provide bilingual support to our sales team, ensuring effective communication with Japanese-speaking customers and partners.
  • Sales Process Development: Learn and master our sales process by shadowing and traveling with our sales manager, attending sales calls, and practicing sales techniques.
  • Network Development: Develop and manage relationships with assigned retailers, distributors, and broker networks to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Sales Objectives: Achieve sales objectives and ensure profitability within the guidelines of our sales and marketing practices.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop initiatives to expand new and existing business, foster customer relationships, and improve brand loyalty.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Participate in promotional events and tradeshows to enhance brand performance and implement training and demonstration programs at retailers and foodservice accounts.
  • Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with our various functional units to share feedback on sales performance and drive product innovation.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements: Must be bilingual in Japanese and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
