This position is full-time and requires a blend of on-site and remote work. The successful candidate will undertake various administrative, analytical, and technical responsibilities, contributing to the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist in the coordination of programs and policies.
- Perform tasks related to programmatic, policy, operational, and business administration.
- Plan, execute, and finalize routine activities from inception to completion.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Conduct technical analyses aligned with business strategies to achieve project objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and improve business processes.
- Develop models that incorporate quantitative data for project evaluation.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose enhancements.
- Document revised processes and provide training to team members.
- Communicate project risks and benefits to management.
- Engage with project teams and stakeholders to manage risks and issues effectively.
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to deadlines, standards, and budget constraints.
- Provide support in acquisition, business, program, or legal planning and strategy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong organizational, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification.
- Understanding of Section 508 Compliance.
- Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, and similar platforms.
Work Environment
This role is based in a professional office setting, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods and engage with various office equipment. Candidates should be prepared for occasional physical tasks such as reaching and lifting light objects.

As part of the Office of Contract Services, you will play a vital role in supporting the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM).
