Job Title: Office Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at F1 Arcade in Washington, D.C. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage invoicing and financial communications
Handle new hires and payroll processing
Coordinate office supplies and guest-facing print materials
Maintain lost and found, manage phone inquiries, and oversee mail distribution
Special projects to drive operational excellence and efficiency

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a high-volume restaurant or entertainment environment
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Financial acumen, including proficiency in accounting and payroll
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative team spirit
