Responsibilities:

  • Generate new insurance sales leads and serve as a professional advocate for all insurance-related inquiries.
  • Service in-bound client inquiries for new and existing clients, including payments, renewals, cancellations, endorsements, and rewrites.
  • Perform various sales mechanisms, such as cross-selling and up-selling, within agency guidelines.
  • Conduct insurance needs analysis, quoting, and complete applications for insurance with appointed carriers and/or third-party brokerage firms.
  • Meet and/or exceed sales production requirements monthly.

This is an excellent opportunity for uncapped monthly income within a position that offers growth and advancement.

Additional bonuses are offered on a case-by-case basis.

Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience, PTO, Holidays, and Sick Days.

OUR 440 AGENTS HAVE OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME A 220 WHILE WORKING FULL TIME AS A CSR.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.

Salary (440 Agents): $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.

Salary (220 Agents): $19.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Experience: Insurance Sales Representatives: 1 year (Preferred).

Licenses & Certifications: 440 CSR Insurance License (MINIMUM REQUIREMENT), 220 Insurance License (Preferred), Life Insurance License (Not Required).
