Job Overview

Broward Motorsports is seeking a highly experienced Finance and Insurance Manager to lead our finance department to new heights. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Manage and train a team of finance professionals to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, manufacturer promotions, and lender guidelines to ensure compliance and maximize sales opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions
  • Collaborate with other department managers to achieve business objectives and drive growth
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and insurance, preferably in the powersports industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
