Candidate Profile –

The successful applicant will exhibit exceptional customer service abilities alongside outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with MS Office Suite and QuickBooks is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities –

· Manage all incoming calls and provide assistance or redirect inquiries to the relevant personnel

· Welcome and support all visitors to the facility

· Handle all propane service requests

· Process payments for accounts

· Oversee cash register operations

· Facilitate all retail transactions

· Receive and distribute correspondence

· Complete work orders as required

· Organize and maintain store inventory

· Track and audit Visitor Registration Forms

· Maintain and update Visitor Registration Spreadsheet

· Download and archive Visitor Registration Spreadsheet twice daily

· Provide assistance to Administrative staff, Executive Board, and Village Boards as needed
