Job Overview

Flexjet, a leading global provider of fractional private jet ownership, is currently seeking a qualified Corporate Travel Coordinator to join our Operations team.

The Corporate Travel Coordinator works closely with our Flight Communication and Scheduling Teams in a demanding environment to complete crew movement to 1000+ pilots and cabin servers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel Arrangements: Book and confirm commercial airline and rental car reservations for crewmembers as designated by Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Business Development: Drive business to preferred air carriers to meet market share requirements and to achieve budgetary goals.
  • Customer Service: Field phone calls from crewmembers to answer questions and provide appropriate resolutions as required.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with Administrative and Training travel responsibilities.
  • Expense Management: Resolve expense report discrepancies.
  • Special Projects: Complete special projects assigned by department supervisors.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 2+ years in the aviation or travel industry.
  • Technical Skills: 2+ years working in SABRE or related GDS.
  • Customer Service: Previous customer service experience required.
  • Attention to Detail: MUST demonstrate fanatical attention to detail and multitask in a challenging environment.
  • Multitasking: Muti-tasking is essential.
  • General Aviation Knowledge: General comprehension of General Aviation is preferred but not required.

  • Flexibility: Candidate should work well in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the business.
  • Detail-Oriented: Must be detail oriented and able to work productively independently or within a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral/written communication and problem resolution skills are required.
  • Professionalism: Successful candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft software applications and the aptitude to learn company specific software.
  • Analytical Skills: Must have excellent analytical skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Have a high level of professionalism and the ability to interact with all levels of leadership.
  • Availability: Flexjet is a 365/24/7 operation and candidate must be willing to work nights and weekends and Holidays if required. (4-day work week).
  • Location: Role is on-site at our brand-new Global Command Center in our corporate headquarters in Cleveland, OH.
