We are actively seeking skilled Pilots in Command for our Learjet fleet based in Cleveland, OH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist medical personnel in the safe loading and unloading of patients requiring critical care.
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight mission reviews to guarantee safety and operational effectiveness.
  • Adhere to the company’s General Operations Manual (GOM) and comply with Part 135 regulations.
  • Engage in regular safety and training sessions with healthcare partners to enhance operational protocols.
  • Participate in monthly departmental meetings with Flight and Maintenance teams.
  • Prepare the aircraft for daily missions, ensuring cleanliness and readiness of supplies.
  • Monitor weather forecasts and adapt to changing conditions.
  • Complete all pre-flight tasks, including weather briefings and weight and balance assessments.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Foster respectful interactions with clients, medical teams, and colleagues.
  • Exhibit leadership and teamwork skills in a collaborative environment.
  • Understand and execute complex operational procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and maintain relevant certifications.
  • Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and client representatives on training and initiatives.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Type Rating in Learjet is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must possess an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Management or Aviation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with FAA regulations, particularly CFR Part 135.
  • Participation in a DOT Drug Testing Program is required.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • No history of FAA violations or accidents.
  • Valid driver's license is necessary.
  • A minimum of 1,000 hours of total pilot experience in fixed-wing aircraft.
  • Experience with Premier I/IA or Lear 31 is advantageous.
  • First-Class Medical Certification is required.
  • Current U.S. Passport is necessary.
  • Experience in air carrier operations with turbojet aircraft or as part of a two-person crew.
  • Experience with FAA Part 135 operations or as a Flight Instructor is beneficial.
  • Must be capable of lifting 75 lbs.
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong cockpit resource management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Proficient in resolving technical issues.
  • Comprehensive understanding of aircraft systems and limitations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (14 CFR).
  • Previous experience in Part 135 operations is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to reside or relocate within proximity to operational bases.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
