As an Aviation Operations Coordinator, you will oversee the strategic management of daily flight activities. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely updates on all flight operations.

In this role, you will serve as the main liaison for daily flight activities, working closely with crew members and specialists to share essential information related to the execution of schedules and client logistics.

You will collaborate with supervisors and management to propose solutions for operational challenges. It is crucial to stay informed about weather conditions and traffic management strategies that could adversely affect the schedule. Additional responsibilities include evaluating and communicating crew members' duty days within the Flight Department.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
An Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution; 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an aviation or logistics setting; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) concerning Part 91, 121, or 135 airline operations is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn proprietary software systems is required.

REQUIRED SKILLS
The ideal candidate should thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to the evolving needs of the organization.
Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team, are essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective problem-solving abilities, are necessary.

Familiarity with core job competencies, including weather and air traffic control, is beneficial.

Our operations run 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and candidates must be prepared to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
