Job Description
The DIRECTOR OF NATIONAL SALES STRATEGY will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within our national account customer base. This includes working closely with clients to understand their evolving needs for antimicrobial flooring and proposing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. You will be based in Indianapolis, IN, and will be expected to travel frequently to meet with clients across the U.S. and Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling Cornerstone products and services while ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you will work closely with our manufacturing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within our national account customer base

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree required
* At least 7 years of hands-on technical sales experience
* Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and strong sense of urgency and critical thinking
