Job Summary

The Student Recruiter is a key member of the International Leadership of Texas team, responsible for executing recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals. This role requires a strong ability to connect with parents and families, promote ILTexas Charter Schools, and execute effective recruitment events.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to target families with school-aged children in the surrounding areas of ILTexas schools.
  2. Attend community events, informational fairs, and off-site presentations to promote ILTexas Charter Schools and inform eligible families.
  3. Participate in neighborhood walks and door-to-door presentations to engage with local communities.
  4. Assist parents in completing applications and effectively recruit new families.
  5. Maintain and cultivate a solid wait list after lottery and monitor quality applications submitted.
  6. Collaborate with campuses on recruiting events and coordinate Info Sessions and Open Houses to onboard new families.
  7. Utilize social media platforms to promote ILTexas Charter Schools and engage with potential families.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in education, marketing, communication, or related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in digital marketing and social media, as well as sales experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, public speaking skills, and self-management skills.
  • Ability to work with frequent interruptions and maintain emotional control under stress.
