Position Overview

As an Admissions Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting prospective students throughout the enrollment journey. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive information about our offerings and aiding candidates in navigating the necessary documentation and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all enrollment documentation
  • Utilize established communication scripts when engaging with potential students
  • Confirm and update student contact details
  • Guide conversations to effectively convey information
  • Employ tools such as CampusVue and Live Chat proficiently
  • Engage in training opportunities and actively seek constructive feedback
  • Address inquiries via phone, email, and postal communication
  • Conduct interviews with prospective students to assess eligibility and interest
  • Assist candidates in submitting necessary documents and fees
  • Support students with financial aid applications and funding strategies
  • Organize appointments and follow-up communications with prospects
  • Stay informed about program offerings, policies, and procedures
  • Carry out any additional assigned tasks
Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in a sales-oriented role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Availability to work during weekends and evenings is necessary.
