We are looking for a Human Resources Operations Manager who excels in interpersonal connections and demonstrates meticulous attention to detail in navigating the complexities of today’s workforce.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with departments to enhance team development through proactive recruitment for vacant positions.

· Lead the onboarding process, ensuring it is comprehensive, efficient, and effective.

· Oversee and improve employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

· Develop and update HR policies and procedures to maintain management guidelines.

· Manage employee personnel records with accuracy and confidentiality.

· Handle sensitive matters with the utmost discretion.

· Ensure adherence to national and local HR regulations, including conducting investigations and maintaining records.

· Address HR activities such as resolving employee issues, training managers on coaching and disciplinary actions, and providing guidance to employees and supervisors.

· Manage annual insurance benefit renewal processes and solicit bids when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Demonstrated experience as an HR Manager or similar HR Executive role.

· In-depth understanding of national and local HR laws.

· A minimum of two years of experience in human resources.

· Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources or a related field.

· Proficiency in HR systems and databases.

· Familiarity with office software including Word, Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.

· Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships at all organizational levels.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong ethical framework.

· Skilled in problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

· PHR or SHRM certification is advantageous.
