Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement departmental goals and objectives that align with the facility's strategic plan.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of qualified and competent case managers to provide exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate case management services and promote seamless patient care.
- Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in case management.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years hospital case management experience required.
- Case Management certification preferred.
