About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Peapod Digital Labs. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy that delivers qualified traffic through paid search channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft platforms
  • Build, execute, and optimize campaigns to meet and exceed traffic, revenue, and profitability goals
  • Develop campaign strategies to grow the bottom line and improve performance measures (conversions, CPA, ROAS, profit)
  • Test and implement new account structures, betas, and landing pages
  • Drive daily and weekly SEM optimization exercises, including adjusting bid strategy targets, device modifications, negative keywords, ad creative, and audiences
  • Craft and implement new ad copy, expand keyword inventory, and perform campaign experiments
  • Pilot new account/campaign structures based on industry-standard methodologies and performance results
  • Manage and communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders
  • Track competition and provide recommendations based on market conditions specific to impression share, top of page rate, ad copy, keyword coverage, and strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and methodologies, bringing innovation to the forefront of your work
Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid search campaigns (creation, execution, ad copy, optimization, and reporting)
  • Experience managing large monthly budgets
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Ads (certifications a plus)
  • Experience with Smart Bidding, Shopping Ads, and PMAX
  • Experience in using Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Proficient Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, concatenate, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Deep knowledge in paid search strategy, tactics, and execution
  • Experience with SA360 or other bidding platforms
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Ability to turn data into actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Motivated with an ability to accomplish tasks on time
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and prioritize tasks
  • Detailed, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Desire to learn and become part of the team
