Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • At least 7 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and email campaigns.
  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
  • Robust analytical abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
