Job Description:

Solventum is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field Service Representative to join our team. As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery, pickup, and maintenance of cutting-edge medical device equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with Solventum customers daily to build, cultivate, and maintain superior customer relationships.
  • Prepare medical equipment for patient use, including disinfection, quality control testing, and transportation to and from customer locations using a company-provided vehicle.
  • Support customers, including patients and hospital staff, by providing superior customer service with customer-centric solutions.
  • Utilize computer or other company-issued electronic equipment to execute transactions and capture transactional data for company record keeping.
  • Obtain and evaluate all information regarding service and product inquiries and provide prompt responses and follow-up.
  • Loading and unloading medical equipment from company vehicles.
  • Organize and execute assigned work tasks to effectively and efficiently meet customer-communicated timeframes for service.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Track inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies, and locate missing and misplaced equipment as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a customer-facing or service-related field.
  • Current, valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to work non-traditional work schedules, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call duties.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and iOS applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, as well as demonstrated time management and prioritization skills.

Work Environment:

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
