About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team at Kimbrell's Furniture. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication: Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Accounts Management: Manage customer accounts, ensuring that all payments are up-to-date and that any outstanding debts are collected in a fair and respectful manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Use your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including payments, debts, and any other relevant information.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure that our customers receive a seamless and exceptional experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer service or accounts receivable role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions to customer complaints and issues.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
