Welding Process Specialist

As a Welding Productivity Specialist at OXARC, Inc, you will be responsible for driving sales of large capital welding products and services. You will serve as a subject matter expert in welding processes, applications, and economics, working closely with customers to increase their efficiency and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with existing customers to sell large capital welding processes and applications.
- Develop and implement efficiency analysis and engineered cost reduction programs to increase sales and profit margins.
- Provide product and application training to customers, responding to their inquiries and needs.
- Collaborate with Outside Sales to identify opportunities within existing and prospective customers.
- Associate Degree in Welding (AAS) or equivalent military training preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in the welding industry, with 3+ years of sales experience in a relevant field or industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to train customers in person, verbally, and in writing.
- Organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet use.
