OXARC, Inc. is a leading provider of welding and industrial supplies, as well as medical and specialty gases. We are seeking a highly skilled Welding Sales Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Build relationships with existing customers to increase sales of large capital welding products and services.
- Act as an expert in welding processes, applications, and economics to provide product and application training to customers.
- Work closely with Outside Sales to uncover opportunities within existing and prospective customers.
- Demonstrate products to new account customers.
- Associate Degree in Welding (AAS), Military weld training, or Bachelor's degree in Weld Engineering preferred.
- CWI or CWE certification preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in the welding industry (preferred).
- 3+ years' sales experience in a relevant field or industry (preferred).
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills and basic customer service experience.
- Must be organized, have good reasoning skills, math aptitude, and time management skills.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet use.
- Valid Driver's License with good driving record.
